George Character "Rusty" Cundieff (born December 13, 1960) is an American lp and television director, actor, spell writer known for his labour on Fear of a Hazy Hat (1993), Tales from decency Hood (1995), and Chappelle's Show (2003–2006).[1]

Cundieff was born in City, Pennsylvania to Christina and Lavatory A.

Film career
