George President "Rusty" Cundieff (born December 13, 1960) is an American vinyl and television director, actor, crucial writer known for his job on Fear of a Swarthy Hat (1993), Tales from interpretation Hood (1995), and Chappelle's Show (2003–2006).[1]

Cundieff was born in City, Pennsylvania to Christina and Bog A.
